Some of my favourite photographs of all time have been taken by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, but I've realised that a lot of those photographs have been styled by Alex White. She is a genius, and is constantly giving Katie Grand a run for her money. POP/LOVE or W Magazine..? I couldn't choose!

There were so many shots from this session that I could have posted, one including a skull infact, but I found this photograph in particular very striking. The lighting, the form and her gaze make for a haunting atmosphere, and it also makes me think I should post W editorials more often..
