Still's of Cate Blanchett as Queen Elizabeth I in Shekhar Kapur's Elizabeth: The Golden Age, 2007. Costume Designer Alexandra Byrne also designed for the 1998 film Elizabeth. I think the luxurious fabrics & vibrant colours work brilliantly with Cate's bright red hair pieces & pale skin.
