BLING

Lara Stone and Natasha Poly walking in the Balmain Spring/Summer 2009 Ready-to-Wear runway show in Paris. I've posted about the above emerald green dress SO (1) MANY (2) TIMES (3), but can you really blame me? Then there's Lara's too, I mean just look at Christophe Decarnin's detail: the shoulders, colours, sparkle, shapes, form, fit, and don't forget those sky-high diamanté-and-stud sandals too.. ★ ★ {Photo Source: The Fashion Spot}

OH! YOU PRETTY THINGS

Publication: i-D Magazine September 2009 / Title: Thriller / Photographer: Emma Summerton / Fashion Director: Edward Enninful / Models: Chanel Iman, Sessilee Lopez, Jourdan Dunn and Arlenis Sosa / Hair Stylist: Ben Skervin / Make-up Artist: Mathias van Hooff / {Photo Source: The Fashion Spot} SEE, IT'S NOT ABOUT RACES, JUST PLACES, FACES, WHERE YOUR BLOOD COMES FROM IS WHERE YOUR PLACE IS. It's about good styling, having legs to kill and Miss E-to the-Summerton to snap them. Nice hair, big lips, sparkly Balmain and Wang, oh and a few Alexander McQueen booties to boot too.

KATE MOSS: MOST WANTED {PART 8}

Above: looking flowery and fun in fur (let's tell ourselves it's fake) and chic tortoiseshell shades while at the Glastonbury Festival, date unknown

Above: wearing a vintage dress and fur with an Edie Sedgwick inspired cut and face while at the 54th Cannes Film Festival in 2001 with Mario Testino

Above: Star Treck anyone? Wearing a silver sparkling Balmain A/W 2009 dress with shoulders to kill while at Shaun Leane's White Light unveiling in 2009

Above: wearing the to-die-for leopard print coat that had us all drooling and some classic black ballet pumps while shopping on Dover Street in 2005

Above: wearing possibly the coolest polka-dot trousers ever to be seen (a la MC Hammer?) teamed with a simple turquoise wife-beater tank and cute gladiator sandals (and with her trademark cigarette in tow) while out and about in London, date unknown. This just might be my dream casual look.
{Part 1} / {Part 2} / {Part 3} / {Part 4} / {Part 5} / {Part 6} / {Part 7} / {Part 9} OF KATE MOSS: MOST WANTED IS COMING SOON

THAT DRESS AGAIN

Natasha Poly, Anna Selezneva and Snejana Onopka backstage at the Balmain Spring/Summer 2009 Ready-to-Wear show. I've posted about this beautiful, sparkly, incredible, magical and just plain WOW Balmain dress before, but as soon as I saw these backstage shots I fell in love with it ALL OVER AGAIN. Also, I think it goes without saying that those shoes are also to-die-for {Photo Source: The Fashion Spot} CLICK HERE to see Natalia Vodianova wearing the dress, as well as a stunning Yves Saint Laurent creation in V#57..

BAZAAR DIGS BALMAIN

Natasha Poly backstage at Balmain Spring/Summer 2009 Ready-to-Wear. This dress is the reason I love Balmain at the moment (and the sparkly one Lara Stone wore as well) and very fittingly considering the title of my previous post, Poly looks a bit like a Peter Pan gone disco in it ★ CLICK HERE to see Natalia Vodianova wearing this dress in V#57 ★ {Photo Source: The Fashion Spot}

SPARKEL MOTION
Publication: V#57 Spring 2009, Light of Spring
Natalia Vodianova photographed in Balmain and Yves Saint Laurent S/S 2009. Both designs are so unbelievably yummy. Also, YAY! My new June Vogue (British Vogue, obviously) with Natalia Vodianova on the cover has just arrived through my letterbox. As well as Natalia: Lara Stone, Jourdan Dunn, Daria Werbowy and Guinevere van Seenus are also featured in the issue, so I'm very excited! {Photo Source: The Fashion Spot}
